We offer a flat rate national and international shipping dispatched directly from our Sydney head office. Please see our shipping options below. All items are subject to product availability which may effect dispatch times. Should your order be urgent please contact us directly.
Please note: that we do not split deliveries should some of your items not be in stock. You will be notified by phone or email of this. Should you wish some of your items to arrive sooner this can be arranged with a delivery surcharge of $9.95 per delivery. Please contact us directly to arrange this.
Shipping Within Australia:
Standard delivery: We offer standard flat rate shipping of $9.95 Australia wide. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being received (subject to stock availability) and delivered via either DHL or Australia Post in a traceable mail satchel. An Australia Post or DHL tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address once your order has been dispatched.
Express delivery - Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Australia Post network: We offer an Express Post shipping flat rate of $29.95. Your order will be dispatched the same business day if ordered before 12pm or next business day if ordered after 12pm via Australia Post Express Post, which guarantees next business day delivery through the Australia Post network. New Zealand: AUD$29.95
Rest Of World: AUD$49.95
Orders shipped outside Australia are delivered via DHL in a registered/traceable mail satchel. A DHL tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address once your order has been dispatched. For any urgent deliveries please contact us directly for a quote on International Express Post service.
Please Note: The international delivery flat rate does not include customs or duties that may be applicable to your delivery destination. You will be liable for any forwarding duties or taxes which may be associated with your delivery.
Sale And Promotional Items
All sale item purchases are final and we do not provide an exchange/return or refund for any sale item unless required by law. Please note that through sale periods there can be a short delay in shipping. Please allow extra time when purchasing through sale periods.
Stylista & Co Afterpay Terms And Conditions
Please note that our standard terms & conditions apply on all Afterpay purchases. By choosing to purchase via Afterpay you are agreeing to the Afterpay terms and conditions - please click here for full terms and conditions. Your order will be despatched once your order has been approved by Afterpay, please allow 1-3 business days on top of your chosen shipping method to receive your delivery. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges on any purchase/s made with Afterpay.
Please note: If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions here.
It is important to us that your chosen items are perfect for you and you are 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please let us know and we will do everything possible to assist. We will offer an exchange, credit note or refund to the value of the items purchased (excluding all jewellery, hosiery, hair accessories, special order, rush order and customised order items) strictly within 14 days of delivery within Australia and 28 days of delivery for outside Australia. Please note that all postage charges for exchanges and returns are at your expense and are non-refundable. Please see our refund / exchange terms and conditions below.
Please Note: Due to the delicate nature of our products we kindly ask that you handle each item with care. We recommend adult supervision when trying our garments on. Please ensure that hands and faces are cleaned as the slightest markings can soil our garments very easily. For further assistance regarding returns, please contact us.
How To Exchange Your Item/s:
1) Request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

2) Send Back Your Items Ensuring You've:
- Included your completed Return Form with your Return Authorisation Number along with your original receipt.
- Included a reply paid, self-addressed postage satchel big enough for the exchanged items. Please note that Stylista & Co does not take any responsibility for any postage satchels, which do not offer tracking.
- Ensured all items are returned in original condition (See terms & conditions for more details) including no damage to packaging.
- Met all the terms and conditions (see below)
- Stylista & Co will hold your exchange request for 5 days only or for the remaining period of the exchange/refund period. Should the items you have requested to exchange become out of stock after the 5 day hold period you will be offered either a full refund if inside your 14 day returns period less any shipping charges or the option to be placed on our pre-order list.
- Should we not receive your exchange within the 14 day exchange/refund period Stylista & Co reserves the rights to return all items back to you and you will be liable for any return postage charges
- We do not exchange upon an exchange. Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Exchanged items can only be to the same value. Should your exchange be more/less than your original purchase please contact us directly for further assistance.
How To Refund Your Item/s
1) Request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN): Send a to email firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Send Us Back Your Items Ensuring You've:
- Included your completed Return Form with your Return Authorisation Number.
- Included your original receipt.
- Ensured all items are returned in original condition (See terms and conditions below for more details) including no damage to packaging and all original tags intact.
- Met all the terms and conditions
Exchange and Refund Terms and Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition and be in undamaged packaging, be unworn, unused, unaltered and with all tags and parts intact. If the product is deemed to be in used condition, it will be deemed as ineligible for exchange and will be returned to you at your own expense. You will be liable for all additional shipping cost associated with this.
- A self addressed, pre-paid post satchel must be included with your exchange item/s. Should your items exceed the size of the satchel included for your returned items, you will be charged at regular Australia Post satchel post charge rates which will need to be pre-paid prior to dispatch. Should a self addressed pre paid satchel not be included with your return/s you will be charged at standard Australia Post rates (please see www.austpost.com.au for current pricing) A purchase order email link for the postage charges will be sent directly to your nominated email address and once paid your items will be dispatched. Stylista & Co reserves the right to cancel any order or offer credit note only should forward postage not be paid within your 14 day returns period.
- Stylista & Co cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit if failure to send a traceable / recordable postage satchel for your exchanged items. Any return/exchanged item sent without tracking details will not be accepted if receieved outside of the 14 return/refund period and the item/s will be sent back to you at your own expense.
- Your exchange request will be processed once your items have been received and accepted by our returns team, please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed and dispatched to you, this does not include shipping time back to you. Should your exchange be urgent please contact us directly.
- Removal of any 'Returns Tags' will forfeit any refund and or exchange.
- Any item/s received without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will not be accepted and you will be liable for any forwarding postage charges.
- Custom Order items, Rush Order or Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatching. Should any item arrive to you which appears to be damaged or faulty please contact us directly within 3 days of receipt.
- Due to hygiene reasons hair accessories, hosiery, and earrings are non refundable or exchangeable.
- Sashes from our 'Sparkling Stylista' range are eligible for exchange only. Due to the very delicate nature of these items we kindly request extra care is taken when trying on.
- Subsequent delivery charges for all exchange items apply including promotional free shipping periods. You will be liable for any forward shipping costs on subsequent deliveries.
- Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Should the lay-by not be paid in full on or before the agreed dates, Stylista & Co reserves the right to cancel and withhold all monies, including your initial deposit and lay-by service fee.
- Gift Voucher’s and credit note cannot be exchanged or refunded for a monitary value. Please note that a credit note is valid for 3 months only and a gift voucher is valid for 12 months.
- Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- For any exchange / refunds, please allow enough postage time to reach our Sydney, NSW head office. Please use a secure and traceable delivery service as Stylista & Co cannot accept responsibility for goods not received within the 14/28 day exchange/refund period.
- Items returned without original packaging/tags attached or damaged packaging will be returned back to the customer and subject to any postage charges. Please ensure all items have been sent back securely in a satchel or a box as Stylista & Co cannot take any responsibility for any items damaged in transit.
- Stylista & Co does not guarantee same day dispatch (before 12pm AEST) unless the Express Post option has been chosen at the checkout. If your order is urgent please contact us directly.
- Please note we do not refund original postage charges or return postage charges, unless incorrect or faulty goods have been sent to you.
- Stylista & Co cannot take any responsibility for any parcel once in transit. A tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address which can be tracked via either the DHL or the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery and 24-48 hours for Express Post delivery within Australia. For international delivery please allow up to 3-28 days for standard delivery. In the event that your parcel is delayed or missing whilst in transit, please contact us
- For any exchange/s within Australia please include pre paid, self addressed postage satchel large enough to return your exchange to you. Please note that should your postage satchel not be large enough for your exchange you will be liable for any further postage charges.
- For all refunds, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your items to be assessed and the refund to appear back to your original payment method.
- Please note that we do not exchange upon an exchange. Only one exchange per order is permitted and the sale will be final.
