Lay-by
Stylista & Co offers payment by Lay-By- an easy way to plan ahead for your special day! Here's how it works:
1. To arrange a lay-by with us, please email layby@stylistaandco.com.au and include the following details:
A) The style / product name, size and colour of each item you would like to lay-by
B) Your occasion date
C) Your name, delivery address and daytime contact phone number
2. After we receive your email you will be sent a confirmation and payment schedule outlining your instalment amounts.
3. Please ensure you read our lay-by terms and conditions below. By undertaking a lay-by with us you acknowledge these terms and conditions. The minimum lay-by purchase is $200, excluding applicable delivery charges and lay-by service fee. All lay-bys require a 30% deposit and will incur a $14.95 lay-by service fee.
- The lay-by period is strictly a maximum of 8 weeks. You may decide to make full payment for your lay-by purchase before the 8 week term however please note that any special order items may not be available for delivery before the lay-by term concludes.
- You will be responsible for making the payments according to the payment method you select.
- We reserve the right to cancel your lay-by if scheduled instalments are not made. If you do not meet your scheduled instalments, all monies paid for your lay-by will be refunded less the service fee and the deposit paid which are both payable as a cancellation fee.
- Should you decide to cancel your lay-by at any stage of the lay-by period all monies paid for the lay-by will be refunded less the service fee and the deposit paid which are both payable as a cancellation fee.
- Individual items may not be separated from a lay-by parcel until final payment is received.
- Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Sale or promotional discounted items cannot be placed on lay-by.
- In extreme circumstances, we may need to cancel your lay-by during your lay-by period, including but not limited to where the requested product is not available due to circumstances beyond our control. In this instance, we will contact you and will provide you a full refund of all payments made.
