FAQ

When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from time of purchase. If your order is urgent please contact us directly. Please see our Shipping Information for all shipping options. From time to time some items may become out of stock and there may be a short wait time which you will be notified once your item has been placed in the cart. Should one or some of your chosen items not be in stock, your order will be sent in full once all items become available. 

Do you ship internationally? 
We certainly do. Please see our Shipping Information for all the details. Please check with your local customs office for any custom charges, duties or taxes which may be incurred. Stylista & Co is not responsible for any customs charges or fees imposed.

Are all your items in stock?
Our website is up to date with a live inventory, and from time to time dresses/accessories may become out of stock or may be deleted from our range all together. Should you wish to order an out of stock or discontinued item please contact us directly at info@stylistaandco.com.au for further advice/estimated delivery date.

Purchasing with Afterpay

Purchasing a colour sample
We recommend when colour matching to purchase a colour swatch sample as screen colours can sometimes vary.

What size range do you offer?
Our extensive size range starts from size 6 months through to size 16 girls. Some sizes may require special ordering and a little more time to make. You will be advised of sizes available through our website, however should you wish to order a size which is not in stock please pre-order through our website and you will be notified at checkout of the delivery timeframe. 

I would like a longer/shorter hem
To acheive a longer hemline you may wish to order a size up and alter the chest/waist. See our size guide and choose a length that works best for you. Alternatively, should you wish to have a shorter hem we recommend choosing your correct size and altering your hem to your desired length.

I love your designs but would like something more detailed
Our classic styles were created as a blank canvas for you to add your own embellishments and details- from flowers to lace to sparkle. Should I measure my child or just base my size choice on current clothing size?
It's always best to reconfirm your size choice by measuring and cross checking with our size guide. Our sizes are based on Australian standards however to ensure the perfect fit we recommend measuring prior to purchase. 

White or Ivory for Communions, Baptisms and Christening?
Ivory is now widely accepted for such special events however we always recommend checking with your school/parish and/or church prior to purchasing. 

What is the time frame for a Custom Order?
Between 5-6 weeks from ordering to despatch. Please allow postage time from our head office in Sydney to your chosen address. Should you require your dress urgently, please contact us.

Can I make design changes to my Special Order?
Unfortunately no. Our styles have been designed to be the perfect blank canvas for you to build upon should you wish to. 

Why can't I exchange or refund my Special Order?
Custom Orders are dresses especially created for you. Stylista & Co offers swatch samples and a comprehensive size and fit guide to help you choose your perfect colour and size.

Ordering for a bridal party
For bridal party or multiple orders we recommend ordering all dresses together in one order so that we can ensure the dresses will be from the same colour batch. Although huge colour variances rarely occur please be mindful that from time to time this may happen if buying more than one dress. Please notify us if you are submitting multiple orders for your bridal party.

Can I collect or return my order from your Sydney head office?
Unfortunately no. Please follow our simple refund and exchange guide for all returns. Please note we cannot accept any item for refund/exchange unless it has been received by our nominated channels. Please see our returns policy for more information.

I love the collection but concerned about buying online for such a special occasion
We are certain that you will love our collection as much as we do! Our garments are designed to bridal/occasionwear standards with premium fabrics and cuts so you can be assured of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange (excluding postage charges). From time to time a small selection of the Stylista & Co collection may be available at our Sydney based sister boutique, Stellina Cute Couture For Children. *Please note that Stylista & Co online prices may differ from buying in-store and separate terms and conditions apply.

Is it safe to order online? 
Definitely. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe transmission of personal information through the internet.
